Possible to start restore despite backup doesn't match current topology

Hi,

Cluster status

Version 1.6.1 - logical restore

Version 1.7.0 - logical restore

Issue with physical restore is a bit different - CLI returns error, however pbm-agent gets stuck in 'restore process':

Expected behavior: pbm doesn't start restore unless backup is suitable for current topology
