apply oplogs failed when grant roles to user

Mongo 4.4
pitr enabled, After a full backup, on time A grant roles to root 

When recover set target time  after time A will get error

It is fixed by 1.8.1 version and it is available to download https://www.percona.com/downloads/percona-backup-mongodb/# please check the same.
