[FE] PMM Dump integration

Description

Problem

  • Provide a simple way for the PMM Admin User to collect a PMM data package for the Percona customer support team.

UI/UX:

Acceptance criteria

  • As a logged in PMM admin user I would like to be able to easily collect PMM data package in PMM and send it to the Percona customer support team

  • As a Percona support team member I would like to have an easy way to instruct/help PMM admins to retrieve specific PMM data package and send it to our team for further investigation

Out of scope:

  • intensive / heavy capacity UX/UI improvements

Suggested implementation:

  • consult light UX/UI improvements with Nuna

  • consult with Nuna and Roma if and where / how to navigate user from PMM to PMM dump feature and back to PMM

  • rewrite existing pmm dump web app to separate PMM page using PMM components and same functionality

UX - known bug(PMM-12711) in upload - in case slow upload or big file the PMM UI brings error msg to the user, but file is still uploaded in the background.
