Include and clarify rds_exporter metrics on Exporters Overview dashboard

Description

The problem: Charts don't include rds_exporter metrics
Solution: Formulas have been modified in order to count rds_exporter metrics.

Thanks a lot for notice on this earlier then merge, I will make the changes to the UI tests, but lets just wait for https://jira.percona.com/browse/PMM-4676 to be merged so we can use custom branches to fix test.

It's required to make some changes in ui-tests
It were renamed Hosts to Nodes on elements titles.
