User impact:
The added rule is not present in the list.

Preconditions:
User should create Notification Channel.
Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to Integrated Alerts>>>Alert Rules tab
Press ADD and fill in the information to add some Alert rule
Actual result:
After filling in the information for adding rules user see the notification that the rule is created but the rule is not present in the list. Even if the user reloads the page no results can be seen.
Expected result:
After the rule is added it can be seen in the list of rules.
