QAN Load sparkline does not respect selected time range timezone

In QAN app, Load sparkline is always in the browser's timezone, regardless of what timezone is set for the time range in Grafana.

To reproduce, open QAN, it will present last 12 hours in browser's timezone. If you change timezone for time range explicitly to another time zone, sparklines don't respect the change. It appears, the overall data and shape is correct, but the tooltip shows misleading time now.

I would expect sparkline to respect overall time range timezone, if at all possible. Even if data is correct, trying to understand what is in which timezone is tiring.
