percona-release should run "apt update" on Debian/Ubuntu automatically

When enabling or setting up a repository on Debian/Ubuntu systems, the user has to manually run apt update to refresh the local package cache first.

It would be very useful if percona-release would perform this task automatically, so a user could immediately use apt install <package> to install the desired package.
