Some server tests always skipped because they expect non-default binlog format

Description

5.7 changed the default binlog format. The tests outside binlog format combination suites are skipped if they expect the non-default one and they don't set it themselves:

This testcases were ported from 5.6 without taking into account that 5.7 changed the default binlog format.

The main.percona_mysqlbinlog_ssl_compress test fails as a result of the issue described in . This test will be fixed in scope of that task.

After adjusting main.percona_mysqlbinlog_ssl_compress test to properly work with binlog_format=STATEMENT it still fails with the following error
