UBSAN sql/log_event.cc:8652:22: runtime error: load of value 190, which is not a valid value for type 'bool'

It appears that this issue is no longer being worked on, so we are closing it for housekeeping purposes. If you believe the issue still exists, please open a new ticket after confirming it's present in the latest release.

Also not a bad idea to remove TokuDB from warning as MyRocks also supports/will support RFR.
