x.admin_kill_client_mysqlx: Test run (and fail) when it should be skipped

Description

See PS-5019: Percona-Server was build with -DWITH_RAPID=OFF. However, when running the entire test suite, this test was scheduled to run and failed. The weird thing here is, that when mysql test suite retried the test, it was skipped like expected and on 3rd attempt it was called again (and failed again like expected):
