[PS8QA] Assertion failure: os0thread-create.h:119:old <= static_cast<int>(srv_max_n_threads) - 1

Description

The server is crashing if we assign innodb-encryption-threads greater than max value.

PS : The server is automatically adjusting the given value to max value.
