And even with debug build finding, still not able to crash it without enforce SE + InnoDB testcase, so does look to be Percona SE issue.

InnoDB on debug gives the same error fyi;

Tested this a bit further. Debug only crash. Optimized will fail with the ERROR 3734 and the table will not be created. Debug will crash. Cleaned up testcase:

Could not reproduce the issue with InnoDB engine.
