Multithreaded replica crashes inside Relay_log_info::cannot_safely_rollback()

Ticket Number: CS0021416

One of our customer reported this crash with Percona Server 5.7.35-38. 

This was fixed in 8.0 by https://jira.percona.com/browse/PS-7147. The same fix needs to be backported to 5.7.

A reference to this is not in the 5.7.37 release notes, is this normal (I arrived here by looking at the code and the commit message) ?

Thanks for fixing this btw: I hit that in 5.7.36 and it is good to know it is fixed in 5.7.37.
