Crash: Assertion failure: os0file.cc:3212

Description

 

Have seen the below stack trace twice now (on different unrelated hosts) since upgrading to Percona Server 8.0.28.

 

OS: Ubuntu 18.04.1

Hit this again on another server. So far we've seen this on sources and replicas, so doesn't seem to be replication-specific at least.

Just got this on another database server. So that's three times now on different servers since upgrading to 8.0.28, so it seems to be a new issue / regression.

Correction; not twice on the same database, once on two different databases in different replication chains.
