Description

In MySQL Enterprise Encryption component introduced in release 8.0.30 Oracle added new / modified existing asymmetric key functionality (https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/enterprise-encryption-functions.html).

The Percona Server Encryption UDFs component need to be extended to incorporate those changes.
