checkpoint age related status has no value

Description

The above two status values are always 0, even if there are dirty pages. Are you ready to deprecate?

This Variable was removed as part of Page Tracking work.

We should add it back and also add a test case to validate its presence.

This will cause mysqld-exporter to not be able to collect these values, which will affect the graph in grafana dashborad.
