Assertion `ERR_peek_error() == 0' failed when trying to create encrypted tables with component_keyring_kmip loaded

Description

This bug is found on PS-8.0.30

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Setup necessary manifest and config file for loading component_keyring_kmip

  2. Start the server

  3. Ensure that component is loaded properly

4. Try to create an encrypted table

5. Error log has

This was a configuration error: Our pykmip dummy server configuration had specific ciphers set, which had nothing in common with current openssl default cipher suites. Removing the custom cipher configuration fixed the issue.
