Extend Authentication Support to Integrate with Okta

1. Caching SHA-2 Pluggable Authentication.

2. MySQL Native Authentication.

3. PAM Pluggable Authentication.

4. LDAP Authentication.

5. Kerberos Authentication.

6. FIDO Pluggable Authentication.

7. Auth Socket Authentication.

It would be beneficial to extend our supported authentication methods to include industry standards such as OAuth, OpenID, or SAML. That would allow Percona Server to integrate with other tools that utilize these protocols, such as Okta.
