Libperconaserverclient22-dev doesn’t ship headers files (pkg-config)

libperconaserverclient22-dev packaging for Debian 12 doesn’t ship the header files

I am following the instructions in the Percona documentation ( ) and attempting to install the required libperconaserverclient21-dev package. However, this package is unavailable in the repository. I was able to install the libperconaserverclient22-dev package instead, which seems to work as a replacement.

As a temporary workaround, I was able to remove the libperconaserverclient22-dev package and install the default-libmysqlclient-dev package instead:
