This could be because you hit a bug. It is also possible that this binary
or one of the libraries it was linked against is corrupt, improperly built,
or misconfigured. This error can also be caused by malfunctioning hardware.
We will try our best to scrape up some info that will hopefully help
diagnose the problem, but since we have already crashed,
something is definitely wrong and this may fail.
Please help us make Percona XtraDB Cluster better by reporting any
bugs at https://bugs.launchpad.net/percona-xtradb-cluster

key_buffer_size=33554432
read_buffer_size=2097152
max_used_connections=3
max_threads=502
thread_count=51
connection_count=0
It is possible that mysqld could use up to
key_buffer_size + (read_buffer_size + sort_buffer_size)*max_threads = 2096212 K bytes of memory
Hope that's ok; if not, decrease some variables in the equation.

HI,

There are many changes implemented between the version you are using and the current latest version.

Please upgrade to the latest version of Percona software and test with it. In case if you are still able to reproduce the issue, please, update the report with the repeatable testcase.

We started to see such crashes on hardware setup as well, so I removed the VM from bug description.

It is likely a VM related n/w issue if you don't see it with bare-metal (h/w) but only on VM.
