PXC fails to build with Python3

Description

PXC fails to build with Python3, because Scons' Sconstruct script was written for PYthon 2.x.

The workaround is to use 2to3 binary.

Also what version is it? 5.6 or 5.7?

I would prefer to fix it in upcoming release (no custom build given that there is a workaround possible) and this is only when the user is trying to build things directly from the code.

Please confirm the final stand based on customer request and contract.
