Assertion failure: os0file.cc:8858:!innodb_inited || strlen(s_uui d) != 0

Description

Server is crashing if we bootstrap the cluster using --wsrep_cluster_address=gcomm:// variable. This issue is not happening when we rerun the startup command.

This issue is similar to https://jira.percona.com/browse/PS-5189 (already fixed in .0.13) and cannot reproduce this issue with .0.15

As discussed over slack, I tried to reproduce this with the said step but failed to reproduce it.

I have also confirmed that PS patch is applied to PXC and said code is present in PXC.

Cannot reproduce this issue without undo log encryption options.
