These conflicts are a result of writing to multiple nodes. To completely remove these conflicts you should either guarantee that no two transactions will modify the same row on multiple nodes, or stop writing to multiple nodes at all.

The similar issue already report with the same crash, but so far we don't have a reproduciable test case.
