Galera fails after MDL BF-BF conflict

Description

Our 3-node galera cluster (one is garb) is completely broken after running simple alter table like that:

Hi ,

Yes, we do not observe BF-BF problem anymore, but replica is still crashing during CREATE/DROP INDEX. If it's not related, it would be kind to create a separate ticket.

I can't find anything wrong with latest logs as well.

However, I confirm I see the following problem when using main.go script attached

But this seems to be another problem. Please confirm, so I will create a separate ticket for this.

If you still see BF-BF abort problem, please provide me with logs containing it.
