wsrep_xtrabackup_v2 script must automatically detect when protocol is changed from ipv4 to ipv6

Description

With SST method as xtrabackup-v2, if ipv6 protocol is used, the cluster fails to join. This issue is observed when ProxySQL test suite is run with --ipv6 option.
