It might be worth looking at anydbver by as an example or as a base tool for the script. The tool is described in this blogpost.
Create an easy installation script to install PXC on Docker. The script should provide the steps with minimal user interaction. The purpose is to have a user up and running with Percona XtraDB Cluster with all default settings.
