PXC node replica stalls with asynchronous parallel replication

Description

As you can see below, slave parallel workers is set to 4 and thread 27 is stuck on PXC node.

To reproduce, simply create a standalone Percona Server 8.0.30 and single node PXC 8.0.30 cluster.  Make the PXC node a replica of the standalone master. Then, run sysbench:

 
 

 Workaround:

Set slave_parallel_workers=0 in the  [mysqld] section of my.cnf before restarting the PXC node
