Please document that PXC needs a local socket to work properly

Please mention in the documentation that for PXC to work properly, server has to create local socket.

The server skips socket creation if in my.cnf file empty socket value is specified like

The socket is needed by SST script. It uses it to take a backup via PXB and to learn if keyring component is enabled.
